Since 1930, our goal is to link women cross-sector and cross-border and enforce equal opportunities for women in business. BPW Germany counts 1,800 members in its clubs in 42 cities nationwide.
As the initiator and organizer of the Equal Pay Day in Germany, BPW Germany promotes in particular equal pay between men and women.
