As head of the SWOPS project team since March 2015, Cornelia F. Krämer is responsible for the overall project management.
She has decades-long experience as an executive and consultant in both large and small enterprises in various industries with a focus on strategy development, management of change processes, management diagnostics, leadership coaching and mediation.
From 2001 to 2004, Cornelia Felicia Krämer was a founding member and managing partner of Proventis, Society for Change Management and Information Technology mbH – a startup that she successfully led into the market. In 2004, she established Proventis Consult as a network for external consultancy, which has diversified and established itself since then professionally, methodically and regionally.
